Design is not decoration.
It is the architecture of how you live.
The Process
Five movements, one practice
Discovery & Vision
An extended conversation. Mandana spends time with the client, the site, and the life that will inhabit it. No brief is taken at face value.
Concept Development
Architectural drawings, mood, materials, and the first articulation of a guiding idea — a thread that will run through every room.
Material & Sourcing
Direct work with European makers. Textile, stone, lighting, hardware, joinery — chosen one by one, often commissioned outright.
Project Management
From AutoCAD-precise structural drawings to the supervision of contractors and craftspeople, Mandana holds every dimension of the work.
Final Reveal
The installation, the styling, the first time the client walks into the finished home. A moment her practice is built for.

How Mandana Works
A small studio, by design.
Mandana accepts only a small number of commissions each year. Every project is led by her personally, from the first conversation through to the final installation. There is no delegation of the design voice — only the careful coordination of the craftspeople who execute it.
The studio works by referral. New clients are introduced through existing ones, through architects, or through the small network of European makers Mandana has built her practice around.
Engagements are quoted privately, after an initial discussion of scope, site and ambition. There are no fixed packages and no published prices. Each commission is its own conversation.
